Beth Todd
Beth graduated law school, summa cum laude, from Indiana University-Indianapolis and worked at Jenner & Block in Chicago. She’s practiced law at a high level and can relate to the nuances of the legal market. She has leveraged her extensive experience as a legal recruiter to grow a boutique firm and train her team to be exceptional at their craft. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two children. They can be seen on the weekends taking advantage of all the city has to offer, which in the summer includes boating on beautiful Lake Michigan.

Amy Havens
Amy graduated from Indiana University with a degree in General Studies. She started her career in banking where she worked on obtaining financing for businesses. In that role, she excelled at relationship building and management while meeting tight deadlines. The skills she acquired in that role directly correlate to building successful and meaningful relationships with her clients and candidates and delivering unparalleled results. She recently was awarded top recruiter in a competition among 10 other placement firms. She lives in Carmel, IN not far from where she grew up with her husband and daughter. They can be seen on the weekends chasing their daughter around the soccer field and dance studio.
